Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to return the sales invoice.
Change of Mind Return
To start a return, you can contact us at sunstreet.online@barbizonfashion.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: Customers must arrange their own shipping and cover the shipping cost in the case of change of mind returns

Exchanges
We conduct exchanges at our own discretion, depending on your location. We will inform you if an exchange is possible via email.
Note: Customers must cover the freight cost for exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or incorrect, you are automatically eligible for a return/refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you paid by cash on delivery, we shall transfer the amount to your bank account. Our customer service team will be in contact to arrange this.
